What is Regulardrive.net?
Regulardrive.net is a monthly subscription-based cloud storage service that provides its members with access to its platform where they can upload, store, manage, and download their files.
I have a Regulardrive.net charge on my bank account or credit/debit card and I don't know why.
If you have a Regulardrive.net charge on your bank statement or credit/debit card statement, it is because you subscribed to our service through a promotional site or online sweepstakes or through a business partner that you may not remember our brand or service, but you do remember the sweepstakes or promotion.
How do I end, stop or cancel a subscription on Regulardrive.net?
All subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. To cancel your subscription with regulardrive.net you can log in to the customer interface: LOGIN, using the email address and password used during registration to our service in the promotion and once inside your panel at the bottom left click on the "Subscription" link and a window will open where you can cancel your subscription.
You can also cancel your subscription by clicking on the button at the top or bottom right of this page: "Cancel Membership" and sending us a message with the email you used when registering.
In both cases we will send you an email with the confirmation of the cancellation of the subscription.
I don't remember making a subscription to Regulardrive.net
That's normal. You may have registered to our service through a promotional page with a sweepstakes or through a business partner. That is why you may not remember our brand or service.
Why haven't I received any emails from Regulardrive.net regarding my subscription or registration?
Whenever there is a registration we send an e-mail to confirm the registration in the Trial of our service. If you do not find the e-mail in your inbox, it is very likely that the e-mail has ended up in your "Spam" folder or in the "Trash" of your e-mail. It may also have happened that you registered with a misspelled or misspelled email address or one of your different email addresses.
How does the Trial, subscription and payment work?
The user subscribes to a 2-day TRIAL to our service for 3USD/GBP/EUR or for 1USD/GBP/EUR (price varies according to the promotion)
If the user does not cancel his subscription during the TRIAL, he will be automatically charged 48 hours after registration and will be switched to the premium plan which costs 49.99USD/GBP/EUR per month.

How do the sweepstakes or promotions work?
With your premium account, you can participate in a draw for a promotional product/service by randomly selecting the winner from one of its active users.
The next draw will be held on 31-12-2020 among all active users.

The winner will be contacted to proceed with the shipment or delivery of the prize.

What conditions are necessary to receive a refund?
Payments are refundable if requested within 7 days of collection.
After that time, the payment is not refundable.
Please note that the trial period fee or TRIAL is non-refundable.
These are the terms and conditions that you accept when you subscribe to our service.
Refunds will be made directly to the credit or debit card that was originally used to make payment for the service. Under no circumstances will refunds be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.

How long can it take to process a refund to my bank account?
The time to receive a refund may vary depending on each bank. It could take at least 48 hours, or it could take up to two weeks. Unfortunately, we cannot control the length of these transactions.
What languages do the customer service speak?
Right now you can get help from customer service in both Spanish and English.
You can write to us in your official language, but the answer will only be in Spanish or English.
I forgot the email I used during registration, what should I do?
If you do not remember the email address you used when you registered, or if you no longer have access to this email address, you can contact us at the email address: info@regulardrive.net and tell us the last 4 digits of the credit or debit card used, and the first 6 digits of the card and the name of the cardholder.
I can't remember what my password is. How do I get it back?
Your password was set by you when you first registered for our promotion or service. If you have lost or forgotten this password, you can change it by clicking on the "Forgot?" link that you will find in the link: LOGIN
Once the new password has been requested, you can reset it by clicking on the link that you will receive by email.
I cannot access regulardrive.net where I have an active paid subscription. What should I do?
If you cannot access the website where you have a subscription, it is probably because it has already expired. If not, check that the email address and password are correct. Why has my credit card payment been declined?
If your credit or debit card payment fails on one of our promotion or sweepstakes websites, there may be several reasons. In that case, use another bank card, ask your bank to increase your spending limit or, if the website allows it, use an alternative payment method.
